Catch Frosty Mini on Dec 10 ☀️

Hello Frosty Fans, we’re delighted to be sharing some exciting updates about our upcoming showcase with you today!

ICYMI: We recently revealed our new ‘Frosty Mini’ look and feel on our social media channels! Frosty Mini will be the title of our upcoming December showcase. Which means, as you may have guessed, we’ll be reserving the ‘Frosty Games Fest’ branding for our June showcase.

We’re also incredibly excited to announce that Frosty Mini will be premiering on December 10 at 8am AEDT. You’ll also find some handy timezone translations at the end of this post.

Frosty Mini will be a shorter showcase at around 30min long. Although the run time is a bit shorter, we'll still be sharing some big news and surprise updates from more than 20 of the coolest games made in Australia & Aotearoa NZ. We’ve also got a chocka block Steam event in the works for you to peruse and find something great to play over the holiday season!

We had 100+ games apply to be part of Frosty Mini and were once again blown away by the amazing talent in our corner of the world. Thank you to everyone who took the time to write up an application.

If you’re a content creator or journalist interested in covering our showcase, here’s a friendly reminder that our Creator and Media forms are available on the Frosty Games website! If you’ve already filled in these forms previously, no need to do so again, you’ll remain on our lists.

In other news, Team Frosty recently had the chance to reunite at Melbourne International Games Week during Freeplay Parallels in October! The observant among you might spy a cheeky new face in our team. Meet Ted (right), our new video producer who will be helping across the showcase! We’re thrilled to have him on board.

If we can get a little sappy for a moment, meeting a number of Frosty Fans during Melbourne International Games Week and SXSW Sydney last month was incredible. Thank you to everyone who came up to say hello or express their support. It means the world to us to hear how much Frosty means to you, and we can’t wait to share our December show with you all! No spoilers, but it’s already looking amazing.
